Green Factory

Photovoltaic power generation

The total investment and construction amount is 4.68MW photovoltaic power generation project. The first phase of 2MW is invested by a third party, and the second phase of 2.68MW is self invested. The total investment of the second phase is more than 5 million yuan, with a return on investment period of about 3.5 years. The total annual power generation is about 4 million kWh, and the proportion of green electricity accounts for more than 30% of the total electricity consumption, reducing carbon emissions by about 2500 tons.

Heat recovery system

Invest 5.5 million yuan to add flash evaporation system and MVR system, with a return on investment period of about 4.5 years, reducing carbon emissions by about 5%

intelligence control system

Invest 1.2 million yuan to transform the production line into intelligent control, with a return on investment period of about 4 years, reducing carbon emissions by about 2%
