On the morning of June 7th, the factory anniversary sports meet kicked off with a speech by Zhang Baosen, the production department manager. The afternoon award ceremony began with the chorus of 'Singing to the Motherland' and the powerful recitation of corporate culture. A number of honors were announced one after another, and behind each honor was the love and persistence of the people who made the company.

The top three in the shuttlecock kicking competition are Tan Tiandi, Marketing Department Zhang Min, and Li Wanfen; the champion will receive 300 yuan, the runner-up 200 yuan, and the third place 100 yuan.

The top three in the skipping rope competition are Tang Qing from the Technical Department, Fan Jinxing from the Marketing Department and Liu Wenwu from the Technical Department. The champion will receive 300 yuan, the runner-up will receive 200 yuan and the third place will receive 100 yuan.

The top three in the watermelon eating contest are: Mao Fulin from the Technical Department, Liao Muqing from the Information Department and Wang Xinhui from the Special Materials Department. The champion will receive 300 yuan, the runner-up 200 yuan and the third place 100 yuan.

The top three in the fun relay race are dry mixing, technical department and quality control department. The champion will receive 500 yuan, the runner-up will receive 300 yuan and the third place will receive 200 yuan.

The top three in the skipping rope competition are: Technical Department, dry mixing, planning department; the champion will receive 800 yuan, the runner-up will receive 500 yuan and the third place will receive 300 yuan.

Top three in the tug of war competition: three versions, dry method ingredients, dry method; the champion prize is 1500 yuan, the runner-up prize is 1000 yuan, the third prize is 500 yuan.

5. Cost strategy: the goal is to reduce the cost by 3%, realize standardized production, improve the pass rate;
   
6. Talent strategy: introduce personnel evaluation system and strengthen talent training;
   
7. Cultural strategy: establish a manual of craftsmanship philosophy and build a culture of craftsmanship.
