In the scorching heat of July, Jiangxin Company welcomed a group of vibrant new talents, ——11 management trainees. This three-day growth journey, from systematic learning to factory practice, from cultural immersion to open discussions with KAB, was not just a training session but also a dialogue about dreams, responsibility, and Jiangxin.
Day 1: Departure, Culture and Transformation
On the morning of July 2, Long Jie, the General Manager of Jiangxin Company, delivered a heartfelt speech at the welcome ceremony. Drawing on the company's history and corporate culture, he illuminated the first light of their career for the management trainees. He shared two simple yet profound pieces of advice: 'Choose a good industry and become an' old employee.'' —— Only through passion and perseverance can one achieve Jiangxin.

Subsequently, the management trainees embarked on a rigorous 'recharging' program. 6S management: cultivating professional ethics through attention to detail; role transformation courses: facilitating a smooth transition from campus life to corporate roles; on-site management methods: sparking wisdom through the integration of theory and practice. 'The outcomes far exceeded expectations!' —— This was the trainees' most genuine feedback on their first day.


Day 2: Discovery, Inheritance and Climbing
On July 3, the trainees went into the factory to get a close-up feel of the rigorous production process and technological innovation. In the explanation of the synthetic leather technology and development history, they touched the technical heritage of the company; through standardized and target management training, they understood the secret of efficient collaboration.






In the afternoon, all the management trainees watched the film 'Climbers'. The spirit of climbing and the culture of Jiangxin complement each other —— Only by being down-to-earth and not afraid of challenges can we reach the peak in our hearts.

Air Bus Banquet: Heart and Expectation
On the evening of July 4th, the warm Air Bus dinner brought the training program to a perfect close. The management trainees shared their feelings and aspirations after joining: 'The company's inclusiveness has helped me integrate quickly!' 'The factory tour deepened my passion for the products.' 'I want to take root here and grow with the team!'
