From October 28 to 30,2025, Jiangxin Company organized 29 employees to attend a three-day 'Six Refinements' training in Dongguan, marking the 12th batch of trainees the company has ever organized. To date, 194 Jiangxin employees have benefited from this training program.

During the training, the employees enjoy paid study, and all the expenses, including registration fee, accommodation fee and transportation fee, totaling more than 80,000 yuan, are all borne by the company, which reflects the company's great investment in the growth of employees.

After the training concluded, the participants left with full knowledge. The company specially organized an open-air learning session for these 29 employees and their department leaders. During the event, everyone enthusiastically shared insights from the three-day program, creating a lively atmosphere. The attending staff expressed heartfelt gratitude to General Manager Long for providing such a valuable learning opportunity.


At the Kongba event, Mr.Long shared the company's heartfelt motivation for organizing the' Six Refinements 'study:' We actively encouraged our team members to learn these principles. Through three days of intensive training, we hope everyone will gain valuable insights, make meaningful changes, clarify their life purpose, and ultimately achieve both material and spiritual fulfillment.'

On November 6, Mingde and Changde from Changsha Shenghe Business School visited Yingde City to host a sharing session on the Six Principles of Excellence. Mr.Long, the company's CEO, took this opportunity very seriously, organizing all Jiangxin employees to attend the session, hoping every participant would benefit. He also encouraged employees who hadn't yet attended the Six Principles of Excellence training to sign up actively, aiming to grow together through collaboration.
