On November 15, the Production Department successfully hosted the Flat Needle Spinning Spooling Skills Competition, where 57 employees enthusiastically participated in a thrilling skills showdown.
The competition was judged by the criteria of 'best quality and shortest time to complete the test paper'. After fierce competition, the top three winners were selected: Xu Guiying, the first place winner, received a cash prize of 150 yuan; Wu Xiumiao, the second place winner, received a cash prize of 120 yuan; Zhang Weiyan, the third place winner, received a cash prize of 100 yuan.
To encourage active participation, the competition introduced a participation bonus. All participants who didn't win the grand prize received a 10-yuan participation voucher.
This skills competition not only provided employees with a platform to showcase their talents, but also ignited their passion for mastering technical skills.
