Since 2025, the company has introduced a heartwarming benefit: purchasing medical insurance for the parents of all employees who have been employed for at least one year. This 'Filial Piety Fund' not only provides a warm safeguard but also expresses sincere respect for the silent contributions made by the families of each employee.

III. Organizational Structure
In 2026, the company implemented a new appointment system for 36 managers, supervisors, and senior technicians to establish a more dynamic management framework. All positions were appointed, with managers serving two-year terms and supervisors/senior technicians one-year terms, automatically expiring upon completion. This initiative aims to continuously optimize the management team and enhance organizational efficiency through a dynamic competitive model that promotes competent individuals, accommodates average performers, and eliminates underperformers.
