From February 24 to 27,2026, Jiangxin Company organized a three-day study tour and internal empowerment conference in Jinggangshan, the revolutionary holy land. The event brought together 62 participants, including senior management, senior technicians, outstanding employees and team leaders of 2025, and key talents under the company's cultivation program.

The study tour was packed with activities, taking the group to Huangyangjie, Bajiaolou, Longjiang Academy, the former residence of Zhu De and Mao Zedong in Dajing Village, and the Xiaojing Martyrs 'Cemetery.
